Humidity Happens, MOLD Doesn't Have To: Managing Moisture and Reducing Microbial Risk in Multifamily Housing

 Attendees will learn how to manage moisture and reduce microbial risk in multifamily housing.

 -Reduce the risk of adverse health outcomes related to exposure to microbial contaminants inside damp buildings by maintaining appropriate levels of indoor humidity.

 -Ensure humidity and moisture are controlled in such a way as to prevent material damage, corrosion, structural decay and microbial growth, including mold.

 -Implement effective moisture control plans for multifamily housing and comfort design strategies for senior housing and assisted living properties.

CEU Lunch Meetings are a benefit of membership in AIA Northwest Florida. 

Any non-member attending will be charged $15 for cost of lunch. 

Registration for the event is required, any member who wishes to attend and did not register for the event will be charged $10 for lunch.

Please register by February 12 to reserve your lunch. You may still register to attend the class after that date however we cannot guarantee lunch availability.
