Wind Load Design with Overhead Doors



All participants will fulfill the following learning objectives:
  • a) Understand how wind and wind load codes affect overhead doors.
  • b) Learn what factors affect the amount of force on the door-calculating PSF.
  • c) Understand construction of sectional and coiling wind load doors.
  • d) Identify the different types of wind load tests and their procedures.
  • e) Understand how to specify wind load rated doors.

Any non-member attending will be charged $15 for cost of lunch. 

Registration for the event is required, any member who wishes to attend and did not register for the event will be charged $10 for lunch.
