The AIA Contract Document forms are properly regarded as a national industry standard. However, as every project is different, the contract documents need to reflect both the requirements of each project and Florida law. The talk will focus on probably the two most important of these documents, the B101 Owner/Architect agreement, and the A201 General Conditions, and suggest areas where modifications to the standard forms should be considered.
