Attendees will learn how to manage moisture and reduce microbial risk in multifamily housing.

 -Reduce the risk of adverse health outcomes related to exposure to microbial contaminants inside damp buildings by maintaining appropriate levels of indoor humidity.

 -Ensure humidity and moisture are controlled in such a way as to prevent material damage, corrosion, structural decay and microbial growth, including mold.

 -Implement effective moisture control plans for multifamily housing and comfort design strategies for senior housing and assisted living properties.

What:  Pensacan Food Sculpture Building Contest.  Sculptures are made out of full cans of food and will be distributed to Northwest Florida's hungry families through Manna Food Pantries.   Pensacan will be held as part of Pensacon, a multi-day and venue sci-fi and pop culture event.
